Gretchen Hinn Lolis has moved back Home to the Iowa Great Lakes! Gretchen has spent the last 6 years selling Luxury Real Estate in Northern New Jersey. Prior to that Gretchen spent 26 years in the NYC fashion industry leading sales teams, selling millions of dollars of jeans to department Stores across the country.

After graduating Iowa State University, Gretchen moved to NYC to follow her passion for Fashion. Thirty-two years later she was lured back to the IGL by Her Family and the amazing Lake Okoboji!  Gretchen comes from a lengthy line of incredible and ground-breaking Realtors, raised by parents who founded Dowden Hinn Realtors in 1983, now Hinn Real Estate. She is joining the Family Real Estate Business where her Brother Rob has taken over the reigns of the company with his Wife Angela. Her Sister Angie Hinn Schaub is also a Broker at Hinn Real Estate along with nieces Sophie in Marketing and Grace as a new Realtor.

Gretchen knows first hand what it takes to be a successful Realtor, to create long-term, trusting relationships. She has seen just about every move, dip, growth spurt and bubble that the Market can dish out. If it’s happened in real estate, Gretchen has just about seen it all, lived through it and learned from it.
